Extra Costs

  • Local tax : adult € 2,50 per night, children up to 15 free of tax
  • Final Cleaning : Wildseeloder and Kitzbühler Horn € 80,- Ursula € 60,- Susanna € 50,-

Prices are per apartment and night and are valid for a stay of 7 nights.  Minimum stay 4 nights. For a stay from 4 – 6 nights there is a short stay supplement of € 15,- per night. Short Stay Supplement Susanna € 10,- per night.

Dogs are welcome, extra cost of € 25,- final cleaning.

Conditions of booking:

In order to fix your booking please make a deposit payment of 25% of the total cost ( for bank details see below).  Your booking is confirmed on receipt of the deposit.

Cancellation Policy:

A confirmed booking can be cancelled up to 45 days before arrival free of charge

  • 40% of the total cost as from 45 days before arrival
  • 50% of the total cost as from 30 days before arrival
  • 70% of the total cost as from 14 days before arrival
  • 90% of the total cost as from 7 days before arrival
